Why Seasonal Home Maintenance?
When was the last time you cleaned out the gutters, changed the filter in your refrigerator, or cleaned out a p-trap under the sink? If the answer is more than a year you may need a dedicated home maintenance team. These three relatively small tasks might involve hiring three different service companies. Scheduling, signing contracts, and showing all three around is time consuming and expensive. With regular seasonal maintenance a home can be kept in tip-top condition and you can spend more time with the family and less time worrying about one of your largest assets.
Better, faster service for less money and best of all… more free time!
Four Season Stewardship offers packages specifically tailored to sustainably control your home’s condition, efficiency and costs. It combines the expertise of inspectors, specialty contractors, technicians and more into a comprehensive and proactive maintenance service. Once you sign up the Home Stewardship Program is conveniently delivered in quarterly appointments, with help available from our expert maintenance and contracting team 24/7.
